Justin Blake Everett, 26 of Rainville, Al, was arrested at 5th Avenue and Broad Street this week after reports said he hit two deputies in the face with a closed fist.
Reports said that Everett was found in an intoxicated state and using profane language when deputies arrived.
Deputies stated that Everett then resisted officers when he punched them in the face with a closed fist.
They added that he told one of the deputies that he was going to “beat his ass”.
Everett is charged with disorderly conduct, two counts battery against a police officer, two counts obstruction and terroristic threats and acts.
