Brittany Sharnice Blair, 18 of Rome, was jailed this week after she held another woman against her will at Ashland Park Apartments.
Reports said that Blair stood in the doorway to a car while yelling at the woman and refusing to allow her to leave.
Police added that Blair then refused to allow police to handcuff her.
Blair is charged with false imprisonment, disorderly conduct and obstruction.
