Joshua Morrison, 31, Wesley Hodge, 35, and Michael Hastings, 28, all of Rome were arrested this week for obstructing law enforcement and assault.
According to police, Hastings was involved in a verbal altercation with the victim in front of Buffalo’s Café on 440 Shorter Ave. when he discharged his firearm at the victim while the victim was running away.
