Julia Gardner, 28, of Rome was arrested this week for lying to police.
According to reports, Gardner was at an apartment of which she was not a resident of. When police arrived, she gave multiple officers a false name and date of birth.
Gardner is charged with criminal trespass and giving a false name, address, or birthdate to law enforcement officer.
