Owen Phillips, 20, of Rome was arrested this week for child molestation.
According to police, from January 2016 to October 2017, Phillips engaged in sexual intercourse with a child under 16 years of age and recorded the act.
Phillips is charged with two counts of felony child molestation and computer pornography.
