Jessica Renee Lambert, 35 of Rome, was arrested at the CVS Pharmacy on Martha Berry Blvd this week after police said she lied to them about her identity and then was found to be in possession of marijuana.
Reports added that she was also with a man that she had been court ordered to stay away from.
Lambert is charged with possession of marijuana, giving false information to police and aggravated stalking.
