Misti Ann Smith, 35 of Rome, was arrested at the Circle K service station on Garden Lakes Blvd this week after she was caught stealing four Polar Pops and a cigarette lighter.
Report stated that after being taken into custody she admitted to police to possessing marijuana.
She was also found to be in possession of two schedule IV pills, a glass smoking pipe and methamphetamine.
Smith is charged with possession of meth, possession of marijuana, possession of a schedule IV controlled substance, possession of drug related objects, drugs not in original container, theft by shoplifting.
