Joey Roberts, 42, of Rome was arrested Monday after failing to appear in court and pay his fees.
According to police, Roberts was arrested after failing to report to his probation officer in July 2018. He also did not pay his court-ordered child support for two cases. He owes $13,219.64 for one case and $6,258.57 in another.
Roberts is charged with two felony counts of probation violation, failure to appear, and two counts of contempt of superior courts.
