Hunter Fincher, 29, of Cedartown, was arrested Tuesday for attacking a pregnant woman in August 2018.
According to police, on August 13, 2018, Fincher grabbed the 24-year-old victim by the throat and arms causing visible marks and scratches. At the time, Fincher and the victim had been living together for about a month. The victim is also pregnant with Fincher’s child.
Fincher is charged with simple battery.
