Martha Denise Quick, 58 of Rome, was arrested at Publix after she allegedly walked out of the store with $338.61 worth of merchandise without paying for it.
While police were taking her into custody she was found to be in possession of a glass smoking pipe.
Quick is charged with shoplifting and possession of drug related objects.
