Pamela Delores Franklin, 52 of Calhoun, was arrested in Rome this week after police said she was found stealing cigarette lighters from Dollar General on New Calhoun Highway.
Deputies said they found methamphetamine and a glass smoking pipe in her purse when she was searched at the jail.
She is charged with felony meth possession, misdemeanor shoplifting and possession of a drug-related object.
