Jovanny Guadalupa Brito-Alfaro, 17 of Rome, was jailed this week after he allegedly repeatedly beat a man juvenile in the head while at the Rome Youth Detention Center.
Reports added that the attack occurred back on August 1st.
Brito-Alfraro is charged with battery.
