Mario Alberto Martinez, 36 of Rome, was jailed this week after he allegedly went to the home o fa 33 year-old woman on Lakeridge Circle and began to beat the door in.
Reports said that Martinez knocked so hard on the front door of the home it caused a hole to appear.
Reports added that he then proceeded to go to a window in the home and began to curse. He also beat on the window, causing it to shatter.
Martinez is charged with criminal trespass.
