Ronni Cecelia Steele, 26 of Rome, was arrested this week after she allegedly grabbed her mother by the head of the hair and threatened to “beat her a$$” at Needlework Embroidery on Broad Street.
Reports said that the incident occurred in front of a child and a co-worker.
Police stated that the victim suffered wounds to her arm and neck.
Steele is charged with terroristic threats and acts, battery and cruelty to children.
