Calvin Mander Lowe III, 23 of Rome, was arrested this week after police said be broke into cars and committed thefts at a home on Heather Road.
Reports said that Lowe stole a black backpack, and a scientific calculator.
Lowe is charged with three counts entering an automobile with the intent to commit a theft or felony.
