Brian Christopher Vines, 33 of Rome, was arrested this week after police said he repeatedly knocked on a 31 year-old man’s home on Knowles Court, causing it to be damaged.
Reports added that he also began to curse and yell at the victim before he was found prowling around the outside of the home.
While taking him into custody he was found heavily intoxicated.
Vines is charged with public drunk, loitering and criminal trespass.
