Justin Lawayne Culberson, 29 of Rome, was arrested this week after police said he attacked several people with a screwdriver before grabbing a Bulldog .44 revolver and threatening them.
Reports said that Culberson proceeded to shoot at the victims three times. One of the victims was listed as a 74 year-old Man
The elderly victim suffered numerous cuts.
Another victim was also struck in the jaw by Culberson.
The incident occurred in the 100 block of Old Airport Road
Culberson is charged with three counts aggravated assault, battery, simple assault, simple battery, disorderly conduct and pointing a gun at another.

Justin Lawayne Culberson, 29 of Rome, was arrested after police said they found him wandering in the backyard of a home on Lindsey Road.
Reports said that Culberson was messing with items that did not belong to him.
Police added that he was under the influence at the time of the crim.
Culberson is charged with loitering, pedestrian under the influence and criminal trespass.
