Allen Wayne Ward, 47 of Rome, was jailed at a home on Radio Springs Road when he allegedly busted down the bedroom door of and elderly woman.
Reports stated that Ward was trying to “get to the victim”.
Ward is charged with simple assault and criminal trespass.
