Kenneth David Price, 54 of Rome, was arrested this week after police said he pushed his 74 year-old father, causing him to fall.
Reports said that the incident occurred while the two were engaged in a verbal argument back on June 6th.
Price was captured Friday at the intersection of the Loop 1 and Calhoun Avenue while speeding and driving without a license.
Price is charged with cruelty to the elderly, speeding and driving without a license.
