Joshua Lee Lumpkin, 35 of Lindale, was arrested this week after police said he was found to be in possession of marijuana at McDonalds on Martha Berry Blvd.
Reports said that Lumpkin was pulled over at the restaurant for having a blown taillight. During the traffic stop police said that they discovered the drug.
Lumpkin is charged with possession of marijuana and no taillight.
