Jason Daniel Shedd, 36 of Rome, was arrested after police said he was recklessly driving an ATV on public property while under the influence of alcohol.
Reports added that a search of Shedd led police to find marijuana on him.
Shedd is charged with possession of marijuana, DUI and reckless driving
