Aaron Randall-William Martin, 26 of Rome, was arrested this week after police said he showed up intoxicated to a woman’s home on Mark Street and exposed his penis and testicles.
Reports stated that Martin also used vulgar and profane language during the incident.
The victim added said that Martin damaged a window in her door, placing her in fear of her safety.
Martin is charged with public indecency, criminal trespass ,battery, disorderly conduct and public drunk
