Daniel Eugene Whatley Jr, 20 of Rome, was arrested this week after police said he hit a 42 year-old woman in the head and threatened to kill everyone inside a home on Biddy Kay Road.
Reports went on to say that a child witnessed the altercation.
Whatley is charged with battery, cruelty to children and terroristic threats and acts.
