Demetre Eric Miller, 25 of Rome, was jailed this week after he allegedly fought with two police officers at the Town Green.
Reports added that after arriving at the Floyd County Jail Miller was found with marijuana in his wallet.
Miller is charged with two counts felony obstruction, possession of marijuana and crossing a guard line with drugs.
