Vicki Angela McGowan, 53 of Silver Creek, was arrested this week after she allegedly choked her Chihuahua dog while completely naked in view of the public.
Reports added that while officers were detaining her she began to fight with them.
The incident occurred at a home on John Ingram Road.
McCowan is charged with cruelty to animals, public indecency and obstruction of law enforcement
