Rhonda Michelle Bingham, 55 of Rome, was arrested this week after police said she kicked a woman numerous times and threatened to kill everyone around the incident.
The altercation occurred at a home on Cave Spring Road.
Bingham is charged with simple battery and terroristic threats and acts.
