Tyrone Carnel McGraw, 52 of Rome, was arrested this week after police said they found a glass pipe and a baggie of cocaine in his vehicle at a location on Shorter Avenue.
McGraw is charged with possession of cocaine, possession of marijuana, possession of drug related objects, probation violation and two counts contempt of court.
