Scott Allen Baker, 49 of Rome, was arrested after police said she attacked his wife and child at their home on Pinecrest Drive.
Reports said that Baker pushed his wife wife across their bed and then grabbed his daughter’s arm while in a domestic altercation.
Baker is charged with two counts simple battery
