Rex Fitzgerald Nation, 52 of Rome, was jailed again this week for allegedly selling drugs to a “reliable cooperating witness.”
Reports aid that Nation sold 30 mg oxycodone to the witness on Broad Street back on March 15th.
Nation is charged with possession of a Schedule II controlled substance, intent to distribute a Schedule II drug and sale of a Schedule II drug.
