Jimmy Lee Brown III, 27 of Armuchee, found himself behind bars this week after police said he attempted to bring marijuana into the Floyd County Jail.
Reports said that he was found with a baggie of a green leafy substance inside the jail.
Brown is charged with possession of marijuana and crossing guard line with drugs.
