Marvin O’Neal Carter, 52 of Adairsville, was arrested in Rome this week after he allegedly stole a 59 year-old man’s vehicle from a home on Cave Spring Road.
Reports said that Cater was later found driving the vehicle while intoxicated.
Carter is charged with theft by taking and DUI.
