Tiffany Jean Olive, 28 of Hiram, was arrested in Lindale this week after police said she allegedly forced a window open to a home on Hillside Avenue with the intent of burglarizing the residence.
Reports said that the incident occurred back on January 10th.
The resident of the home was a 72 year-old victim.
Olive is charged with first degree burglary and probation violation.
