Heather Adrienne Shelley, 39 of Rome, was jailed this week after police said she threw bricks, blocks and carpet into the parking lot of the Relax Inn.
Reports said that after being told to leave the scene she refused.

Shelley is charged with criminal trespass, disorderly conduct, probation violation.
