Franklin Dale York, 63 of Lindale, was jailed this week after police said he was found to have scales, pipe and methamphetamine inside.
Reports added that he possessed several marijuana cigarettes.
The drugs were found during a consented search.
York is charged with possession of meth, possession of marijuana, possession of drug related objects and probation violation.
