Arthur Tremaine Adams, 45 of Rome, was arrested after a traffic stop on Maple Road led police to find cocaine and synthetic marijuana.
Reports said that Adams was pulled over after driving on a suspended license
Adams is charged with possession of cocaine, possession of synthetic marijuana and driving on a suspended license.
