Christopher James Franklin, 30 of Silver Creek, was arrested this week after he allegedly violated a protective order when he made numerous contact with a woman.
Reports said that Franklin was sending phone messages and Facebook messages to the victim.
Franklin is charged with felonies for aggravated stalking and failure to appear
