Antonio Vargas Gonzales, 47 of Rome, was arrested this week after police said he acted violent and aggressive while using offensive language in the presence of children.
Reports added that while being taken into custody Gonzales resisted officers while threatening their safety.
Gonzales is charged with disorderly conduct, obstruction of law enforcement and probation violation.
