Cassie Lynn Cowart, 34 of Rome, was arrested this week after she allegedly was found walking around a neighborhood cursing.
Reports said that Cowart was walking around High Bluff Road causing a disturbance to numerous neighbors while under the influence of alcohol.
Cowart is charged with disorderly conduct and pedestrian under the influence.
