Roderick Laterrius Sams, 24 of Rome, was arrested this week after he allegedly physically attacked a 24 year-old woman.
Reports said that Sams punched the woman with a closed fist in the face, which resulted in her having a cut and a broken nose.
Sams is charged with battery.
