Kumar Mandjinder, 31 of Rome, was arrested after holding a woman in a bearhug and refusing to allow her to leave the home.
Reports said that the woman had to escape through a window, but was chased by Mandjinder.
The incident occurred at a home on Dodd Blvd.
Mandjender is charged with battery, false imprisonment, public drunk and disorderly conduct.
