Kenneth Wade Gay III, 28 of Doerun, is facing additional charges after he was found with cell phones and drugs in his clothing while an inmate at the Floyd County Prison.
Reports said that Gay was found with two Samsung cellphones hidden inside the heels of his boots and nearly a dozen Alprazolam pills in his underwear.
Gay is charged with two counts of items prohibited by inmates.
