Octavia Kemwada Khan, 40 of Rome, was arrested this week after police said she said that she was going to shoot everyone inside of Foss Manufacturing.
Police said that Khan, who was inside the plant, told people that she was about to go to her car and get her gun before making the threat.
Reports said that the incident occurred on Monday just after 6 pm.
Khan is charged with terroristic threats and acts.
