Lawrence Lawson Carroll, 42 of Kingston, was booked into the Floyd County Jail Wednesday after he was accused of using a hidden camera to watch women in the bathroom.
Reports stated that Carroll watched a woman and two young girls in the bathroom at a home on Fosters Mill Road back in 2013. Police said that Carroll recorded the victims, ages 15 and 13, going to the bathroom, along with doing other private activities. The footage was found in June.
