Miguel Angel Bogarin, 22 of Rome, was arrested at the Coosa Valley Fair over the weekend after he was accused of attacking the mother of his children.
Reports stated that Bogarin shoved and hit the woman in the face back on September 27th a a home on Blankenship Place.
Police indicated that the victim has visible swelling to her nose.
Bogarin is charged with simple battery.
