Leman Dess Royal, 49 of Rome, was arrested outside Sam’s Club this week after soliciting people for money.
Reports stated that Royal held a sign asking for money while walking up to vehicles stating that he needed help.
Roayl is charged with pedestrians soliciting rides or business.
