Bruno Telder Murdaugh, 33 of Rome, was arrested at the Relax Inn on Martha Berry Blvd this week after he was found to have purchased the room with a stolen credit card.
Reports stated that the card was stolen from a woman who lived on East 5th Avenue.
Murdaugh is charged with theft by receiving stolen property.
