John Robert Lee, 42 of Armuchee, was arrested Monday after police said he attacked a 31 year-old woman at a home on Warren Road.
Reports stated that the attack occurred in front of Lee’s two children. Police went on to state that while screaming and cursing at the victim Lee also threatened to kill her.
The incident allegedly occurred back on August 12th of this year.
Lee is charged with terroristic threats and acts.
