Candace Annette Cromer, 35 of Kingston, was arrested this week after she allegedly stole and scrapped metal under-pending from a trailer on East Hermitage Road.
Reports added that the alleged crime occurred on Tuesday.
Cromer is charged with theft by taking, criminal trespass and probation violation.
