Emily Rocio Ochoa-Monzon, 17 of Calhoun, was jailed this week after she was pulled over on SR 53 at GA 140 for driving on the wrong side of the road.
Reports stated that Ochoa-Monzon was then found to be in possession of marijuana and an empty beer bottle was also found in her vehicle.
Ochoa-Monzon is charged with possession of marijuana, open container, possession of alcohol underage and driving on the wrong side of the roadway.
