Sylvia Ann Sullins, 20 of Aragon, was arrested in Rome over the weekend after police said she hit a man in his face at a location on Hicks Drive.
Reports stated that Sullins hit the man in the face before biting him on his forearm.
Sullins is charged with battery and violation of her bond.
